Shipping, taxes & additional fees

All items will be shipped from the EU, and for most locations, there will be no additional fees. I will ship your order within 1-5 days of ordering. 

For US buyers:

All duties and taxes are already covered by me (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid). You should receive it within 6-14 days, with no additional fees or taxes added upon receiving.

For UK buyers:

You have already paid VAT when ordering the item. I will add a note to your parcel indicating that it has been paid, so no additional fees or taxes will be added upon receiving. You should receive it within 6-10 days.

For EU buyers:

You should receive it within 6-10 days. There will be no additional fees or taxes added upon receiving.

For AU buyers:

Imports with a value of less than AUD 1,000 are generally exempt from customs duty.

Sizing details

Size and design are important factors to consider when choosing a bed for your pet:
S size: 4.4-13.2 lbs // 2-6kg
M size: 13.2-19.8 lbs // M-6-9kg
L size: 17.6-22 lbs // L-8-10kg

For cats, if they prefer to hide, go for the “cocoon” design. If they prefer open spaces, the “cave” design is a better option. The M size is suitable for medium-sized cats, while the S size is good for smaller cats. The L size is best for larger cats or accommodating two cats. XS is only suitable for small kittens.

For small dogs, the “cave” design is a great option. Unfortunately, these beds can only accommodate small dogs.

Returns

I currently accept returns only from customers within the EU. Unfortunately, I’m not able to accept returns from other countries at this time.
