You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This applies to customers in the EU, Switzerland and Norway.
How to return an item
- Email me within 14 days of receiving your order at vaivanat@gmail.com, stating your order number.
- Send the item back within 14 days of your email to: MB Wool Cocoon, Bendriju g. 26, Panevezys 37171, Lithuania. The item should be in the condition in which you received it.
- The buyer pays the return shipping costs.
- I refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the item, using the same payment method you used for the order.
Custom orders
Items made to your individual specifications cannot be returned, unless they arrive with a defect.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, email me within 14 days of receiving it, with photos. I will replace the item or refund you.
Other countries
I do not currently accept returns from countries other than EU member states, Switzerland and Norway.
