Returns & Refunds

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This applies to customers in the EU, Switzerland and Norway.

How to return an item

1. Email me within 14 days of receiving your order at vaivanat@gmail.com, stating your order number.
2. Send the item back within 14 days of your email to: MB Wool Cocoon, Bendriju g. 26, Panevezys 37171, Lithuania. The item should be in the condition in which you received it.
3. The buyer pays the return shipping costs.
4. I refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the item, using the same payment method you used for the order.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered; please return the item for a refund.

Custom orders

Items made to your individual specifications cannot be returned, unless they arrive with a defect.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, email me within 14 days of receiving it, with photos. I will replace the item or refund you.

Other countries

I do not currently accept returns from countries other than EU member states, Switzerland and Norway.
